  • If the recipient is absent at the delivery address, the courier will wait for up to 20 minutes and will contact you again by phone.

3. Delivery to Regions of Ukraine by Courier Services

Partnership with carriers:

  • We deliver orders to any region of Ukraine via "Nova Poshta" courier company.

Delivery cost:

  • Paid separately by the customer according to the carrier’s rates.
  • You can calculate the delivery cost using the online calculator on the "Nova Poshta" website.

Large-size orders:

  • Delivery of large-size equipment is agreed upon individually, depending on the size, weight, and volume of the item.

Quality assurance:

  • You receive a new, unused product. However, the box may be opened if necessary for product inspection or warranty card completion.
