Control Sorein via the EnergyKeeper App

To access all features of your Sorein portable power station, we recommend connecting it through the EnergyKeeper mobile app. It allows you to monitor performance, track parameters, and manage settings directly from your smartphone.

Before you start, make sure that:

  • your smartphone runs on iOS 11.0 or later or Android 5.0 or later;
  • your Wi-Fi router supports and has enabled 2.4 GHz network;
  • the Wi-Fi indicator on your Sorein device is blinking rapidly;
  • if not blinking — press and hold the DC5521 ON/OFF button to enter setup mode;
  • Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone for better connectivity;
  • your Sorein device is activated and has sufficient battery level during setup.

How to connect Sorein to the EnergyKeeper app

  1. Download the EnergyKeeper app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Create an account and tap "Add Device" or the "+" icon on the home screen.
  3. Select your Sorein device and follow the in-app instructions to connect to Wi-Fi.
Tip: Keep your smartphone close to the Sorein device during the initial setup to ensure a faster and more stable connection.
