  • All products purchased from our store can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, excluding the day of purchase.

    • The Commercial and Civil Codes of Ukraine (for legal entities).

Conditions for exchange/return of goods in proper condition:

  • The product has not been used and has no signs of use (scratches, chips, abrasions, liquid traces, etc.).
  • The packaging and full set of the product are intact.
  • All tags and factory markings are preserved.
  • The product’s software has not been modified or activated.
  • Required items:
    • The product in full set.
    • Receipt or delivery note confirming the purchase.
    • Document confirming the identity of the buyer (passport, driver’s license, or pension certificate).

Conditions for returning goods of improper quality:

  • Before contacting the store, you need to visit the official service center of the manufacturer.
  • The service center will perform free diagnostics and provide a report on the product’s condition.
  • If a defect is confirmed, the product can be returned to the store for exchange or refund.

Inspection Procedure Upon Receipt

  • During the handover of goods (by the seller or courier), the completeness and absence of mechanical damage are checked in the presence of the buyer.
  • Completeness is determined according to the operating manual.
  • The manufacturer may change the set without prior notice; in case of errors, we are committed to resolving them.

Refund Procedure

Timeframe for refunds:

  • If the product was paid for by a Visa or MasterCard bank card, the refund will be made to the same card within 10 banking days.
